Job Overview

We are seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be accountable for the physical patrolling and reporting of general security, fire safety, and fire equipment, occupational health and safety for your responsible shift team.

Responsibilities:

• Support colleagues to ensure compliance and standards.
• Drive a great working environment and promote teamwork.
• Monitor the movement of employees and ensure all employees leave their personal baggage in designated areas.
• Be fully responsible for the shift of duty roster.
• Monitor and maintain security and safety equipment.
• Record and report all acts of willful neglect of duty, improper behavior, and hazardous work practices.
• Gather and collate intelligence and necessary information concerning the security and safety of the hotel.
• Provide supportive guard escorts for cashiers and guests as needed.
• Help create the department’s annual budget and set departmental goals.
• Ensure all outlets, fridges, and cupboards are fully secured when not in use.
• Regularly inspect fire hose reels, fire fighting equipment, and report any defects.
• Monitor the entry of all guests, visitors, contractors, and staff, and record all vehicle numbers and entry/exit times.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on Guam, USA without restrictions (US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, or Residents of Federated States of Micronesia).
• Entry-level hourly position, not eligible for relocation package or US work visa sponsorship.
• Must be flexible to work required shifts based on business needs.
• $13.00 per hour.
