Job Description

Allied Universal Security is seeking a full-time Security Shift Supervisor at a major automaker site in Wayne, MI. Candidates must successfully complete Level 2 training such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc.

• The position starts at $23.84/hour.
• The schedule is Fri.-Tues., 10 pm-6 am.
• Weekly pay and daily pay options are available.
• Security and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for more than one year.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift, act as a liaison between site supervisor, account manager, and officers, and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as per laws.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
