Job Description

Pay Rate: $21.52/ Hour

Requirements: Must have previous supervisor experience and a CA Driver’s License.

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized boundaries.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol testing
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, and stand or walk for long periods
