Job summary

Clarion Security LLC is seeking a Supervisor in Glendale, KY to lead security operations and protect client property and personnel. The role requires adherence to site policies, vigilance, incident reporting, and participation in emergency procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Must be available for all shifts and uphold the company’s standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of security experience; 6 months to 1 year in supervision preferred.
• Must be able to commute to Glendale, KY for work.
• Valid driver's license and age 25+ years.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Experience with CCTV and incident reporting.

As a Clarion Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the clients emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

Must be available for all shifts.

Full-Time. $21.00/hr

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Glendale, KY for work
• Requires 1 - 2 years of security experience. 6 months - 1 year of supervisor experience (experience in the security field preferred).
• Driving position: Must possess and valid driver's license and be a minimum of 25 years of age or older
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Deep digital understanding
