Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley seeks a Security Department leader to supervise on-shift operations, interview, train, schedule, and coach Security Associates while protecting guests, staff, and casino assets.

You will maintain knowledge of the facility and events, participate in incident reporting, and uphold Crisis Management and Gaming regulations, with a strong emphasis on customer service and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of experience in Loss Prevention, Security Management, Conservation Management, Gaming Regulatory Management, or Law Enforcement.
• Three (3) years Gaming experience preferred.
• Three (3) years Supervisory/Managerial experience required.
• One (1) year investigation experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
