Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a VP of Security Services to guide the Security Services team and executives in developing, delivering, and evolving security strategies across Booz Allen’s global footprint.

The role oversees all security programs—including physical, information, counterintelligence, investigations, and business continuity—and drives transformation of security policies and culture to meet evolving threats.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of professional security experience.

The Opportunity:As the Vice President of Security Services you will guide the firm's Security Services team, working closely with the company's executives and leaders to develop, deliver, and evolve security strategies and program offerings across Booz Allen’s global footprint. This senior leader will manage all of the company's industrial and physical security programs in the United States and overseas, including Security Shared Services, Counterintelligence, Insider Risk, Information Assurance or Cybersecurity for classified systems and facilities, Personnel Security, Facility Security, Investigations Security, Business Assurance and Business Continuity Planning, and Executive Protection Services and Event Security.In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy with solutions designed to protect the critical assets of the company specifically our employees, proprietary corporate information, data and resources, intellectual property (IP), and physical corporate property. You will be responsible for leading these efforts worldwide across a broad set of security disciplines providing an integrated security ecosystem to detect, defend, and respond to business impacting security, fraud, operational, and critical workforce and public safety issues. Key to this success will be your ability to drive transformation across the company’s security policies, procedures, and culture to respond to evolving global threats and enable ever-changing business requirements.The Security Services executive will consistently and persistently ensure that the vision of Security Services is clearly communicated to key leaders within the Security organization so they may help others translate the vision into action. The projected compensation range for this position is $263,880.00 to $433,320.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
