Booz Allen Hamilton in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced data engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines and platforms, organizing data from diverse sources to support fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence missions.

You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, agile environment, applying Linux administration, cloud data architectures, and secure, compliant practices to deliver trusted analytics for our clients. Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux system administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale data systems and ETL pipelines.
• 3+ years designing data pipeline architectures for security operations.
• Experience with cloud/on-premises deployments using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with configuration management/DevOps tooling (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).
• Experience in highly structured, controlled environments with strict access enforcement.
• Knowledge of zero trust principles and DoD/IC cybersecurity frameworks.

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
