Job summary

Occidental Petroleum Corporation in Denver, Colorado seeks a Security Services Investigative Specialist to lead security programs for domestic and international locations. You will report to the Security Manager within Corporate Security and collaborate with HR, Legal, and other business units to address security needs.

You will manage contract security services, implement security policies, and train staff in security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of security experience, preferably 10 years in law enforcement.
• HR‑218 qualification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of physical security principles, practices, and operations.
• Ability to integrate into a large corporate security framework.
• Sound judgment and decisive response in dynamic situations.

Compensation
