Position Overview

We are hiring Security Event Staff to provide a visible security presence, assist guests with directions, information about the facility, parking, and disabled assistance. This is a part-time seasonal position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Locking and unlocking doors and gates at designated times.
• Screening all persons seeking access to ticketed and secure areas.
• Providing crowd control.
• Patrolling the property to monitor for unsafe or suspicious behavior.
• Assisting guests with questions and directions.
• Setting up perimeter fences and barricades as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in changing weather.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Reliable transportation.
