Own the service outcome with accountability, safety, and integrity, from first diagnosis through final resolution. Stay close to the customer’s needs by explaining findings clearly, setting expectations, and helping remove barriers to restoration. Use disciplined troubleshooting and testing practices to confirm repairs, validate monitoring-center connectivity, and reduce repeat issues. Improve every day by documenting work carefully, sharing practical recommendations, and applying lessons learned on future calls. Win as one team by collaborating with fellow technicians, dispatch, and outside agencies to complete the work efficiently and professionally.

Pay Range: $18.99 to $32.75 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
