Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra, FL is seeking friendly, dependable Full-Time Parking Attendants to greet guests, escort vehicles, and contribute to a 5-Diamond guest experience.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, the ability to stand and work outdoors, and excellent customer service with strong communication.

You will work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as part of the Gate Hospitality team committed to superior service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
• Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain organization and traffic flow in parking areas.
• Monitor parking lots and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
• Assist with special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume periods.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a 5-Diamond guest experience.

Job Duties and Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions preferred.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
