The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, an award-winning resort in Northeast Florida, is seeking friendly and dependable individuals for Full-Time Parking Attendants. Join our team to deliver a 5-Diamond guest experience and provide superb service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, offering directions, and maintaining traffic flow. Weekend/evening shifts required; professional appearance and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
• Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain organization and traffic flow in parking areas.
• Monitor parking lots and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
• Assist with special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume periods.
• Work as part of a team to deliver a 5-Diamond guest experience.

Job Duties and Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions preferred.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
