Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries and verify credentials.
• Monitor entry points for unusual activity and deter security incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols and document observations and policy violations.
