Qualifications

• Valid driver's license if driving positions exist.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and deliveries per entry procedures in a logistics setting.
• Verify credentials, maintain visitor and driver logs, and direct authorized personnel to the appropriate areas.
• Monitor access points, loading areas, and screening equipment; report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly, perform patrols of the premises and distribution areas.
