Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with site procedures and access requirements.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and shipment documentation, and report irregularities or prohibited items to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting concerns.
