Job summary

Zeus Fire and Security is seeking a technical sales support professional in Nashville to assist the sales team and customers by identifying needs and providing product and service information. You will help relieve tasks that pull focus from selling time and support installation and account activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs by engaging with potential and actual customers and understand technical product and service requirements.
• Process workorders, checklists, contracts, CRM data and other tasks in the sales process.
• Assist in organizing installation and support activities for accounts.
• Advise customers on best product fit for business needs in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Prepare cost estimates by reviewing proposals, checklists, and related customer documents with technical resources.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to assess product offerings and determine system requirements for inquiries and upsell opportunities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Role Overview:

This position will be responsible to assist the sales teamand customers by identifying their needs and providing product, service orequipment technical information by answering questions and requests. Assist the SalesTeam to relieve tasks which take away from potential selling time.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Identifiescurrent and future customer service requirements by establishing personalrapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in aposition to understand technical product and service requirements.
• Process workorders, check lists, contracts, CRM requirements and other tasksassociated in the sales process.
• Ability toassist in organization of installation and support activities of accounts.
• Responsibleto work with Sales Team and advise customers and potential customers onthe best product fit for their business model needs.
• Prepares cost estimates byreviewing sales proposals, checklists, and other related customerdocuments and consulting with other technical resources within theorganization and with different vendors.

• Ability topartner with Sales Team to assess current product offerings to determinesystems requirements for customer inquiries, and when appropriate, tofacilitate the upsell of other UAS products and services.
• All otherduties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering or Science field.
• 6 years of technical experience orequivalent experience.
