Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Check doors and windows of buildings to ensure they are tightly closed and locked; note unlocked doors/windows in log and report to Director.
• Observe activity and enforce LSDC rules/regulations; alert visitors of infractions; ensure only authorized parking in lot.
• Assist visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, deliveries, vehicles and others to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
