Job summary

Vi at Aventura is seeking a Security Officer to join our resident services team in Florida. You will help maintain a safe, secure community for residents and staff, monitoring for emergencies and coordinating rapid responses.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them. AED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid and current driver's license required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willing to obtain them.
• AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure a safe, secure community for residents and staff.
• Respond quickly to medical or mechanical emergencies and coordinate with responders.
