Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a Security-Safety Officer I for the night shift on-site at Greenwood, SC. The role enforces laws, protects staff and patients, observes fire and safety hazards, and coordinates with local law enforcement.

The candidate should be at least 21, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess two years in security (healthcare preferred), a valid SC driver’s license, and firearms qualification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Able to pass ALL SLED requirements and Self Regional Healthcare requirements
• Two years experience in security or related field; healthcare environment preferred
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills
• Maintains a current unrestricted SC driver's license
• Meets criteria established by SRH fleet insurance carrier to be a qualified vehicle operator
• Skilled in computer use
• Two years experience in firearms and able to pass annual firearm range qualification
