Job summary

View Point Health is seeking a Safety & Security Guard for PRN shifts at our outpatient center. The role involves patrolling premises, enforcing security policies, and maintaining a visible presence to safeguard staff and clients.

Shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with up to 19 hours per week. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; P.O.S.T.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approved security scanning checks of visitors on site.
• Monitor stairwells, hallways, and office space to ensure staff and client safety.
• Walk through buildings to ensure security; escort staff to cars as needed.
• Enforce agency policies (Tobacco-Free; No Weapons or Illicit Drugs).
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services.
