Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Asset Protection and Safety Coordinator to safeguard our facility, health and safety programs, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced distribution environment. You will partner with site leadership to reduce risk, support incident response, and ensure safe operations.

This role covers asset protection, safety audits, training, and reporting, with a contract through late December 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Safety, EHS, Security, or related operational support.
• Experience supporting workplace safety or EHS programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace injury-prevention practices.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support facility Asset Protection policies and security processes.
• Monitor access control, incidents, and safety risk escalations.
• Conduct safety audits and facility inspections to identify hazards and compliance gaps.
• Assist with incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Prepare safety and compliance reports and track corrective actions.
