Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Security Risk Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Menlo Park, CA. Join an elite team applying frontier technologies to defend customers and growth. This internship focuses on developing improved risk management processes and leveraging AI to analyze security data.

You will partner across security, legal, governance, and business units, help implement AI tools, and communicate findings to leadership. In-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Cybersecurity, or BIS; graduation Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, SaaS, PaaS).
• Ability to communicate risk to leadership and the board.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security, legal, governance, compliance, and business units to understand risk.
• Support development of processes automations and improvements in the GRC space.
• Help implement or integrate AI-based tools to enhance security risk assessments.
• Work on real-world problem-solving using technical and analytical skills.
• Communicate findings and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
