Job summary

Insight Technology in Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Security Representative I – W2 to support loss prevention, access control, and investigations within a warehouse setting. You will collaborate with security, operations, and HR to reduce shrinkage and safeguard inventory.

The role requires 2+ years in asset protection or investigations, hands-on experience with video surveillance and badge systems, and a high school diploma; military/law enforcement experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit to uphold a safe workplace environment and protect Insight inventory.
• Manage and process badge/access control systems, including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.

Security Representative I W2

Location: Hanover Park, IL, US.

As a Security Representative I – W2 at Insight, you will be a key driver of our loss‑prevention, access control, and investigation initiatives in a warehouse environment. You will collaborate with our security team, operations, and HR to reduce inventory shrinkage, investigate incidents, manage badge/access systems, and support our multi‑shift environment. Your work will involve cross‑shift coordination and strong individual accountability.
