Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of receptionist / executive assistant experience.
• Must have active BSIS guard card.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity; direct visitors as needed.
• Manage access control and security checkpoints.
• Handle multiple systems quickly and accurately.
• Meet SLA expectations for email and instant messaging.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
