Requirements include at least two years of receptionist experience, an active BSIS guard card, and legal work authorization in the U.S. The role offers a full-time schedule with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of receptionist / executive assistant experience.
• Must have active BSIS guard card.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• State security license and 32hr BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during hiring).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity; guide visitors as needed.
• Manage access control for multiple buildings.
• Operate security systems and coordinate with emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
