• Experience with Security governance and AI is a plus.

• Proven ability to lead large, multi-phased initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Autonomy, decision-making under pressure, and strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design structure, cadence, and operating model for strategic plans and roadmaps with PMO and senior managers.
• Facilitate regular engagement to ensure alignment and timely updates across projects.
• Maintain clear metrics, ownership, and escalation paths for project challenges.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and adjust direction based on new data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the department and translate strategy into action.
