Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a security-focused environment.
• Experience with mission critical work and data center operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of access control systems and ESS, OSHA certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to close, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead ESS implementation to meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, coordinate mitigation plans, and manage construction sequencing.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and communications to ensure satisfaction.
• Track budgets and margins, monitor costs, and proactively address financial risks.
• Coordinate field readiness, site quality control, and verification of work sites.

Day to Day:

Project Lifecycle Oversight: Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from initiation to closure.

Technology Integration: Lead implementation of ESS, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Risk & Schedule Management: Understand construction sequencing, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, communications, and satisfaction.

Financial Control: Track budgets, costs, and margins; address financial risks proactively.

Field Coordination: Oversee site readiness, quality control, and verification of work sites
