Qualifications

• Experience managing security contracts and guarding services.
• Strong supervisory experience in security or law enforcement.
• Knowledge of physical security controls, access systems, and incident response.
• Proven ability to design and deliver security training programs.
• Proficiency with computer systems and security-related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security guard contract and guard force operations.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met at all levels.
• Verify new guard personnel meet certifications and licensing requirements.
• Maintain current certifications and licensing for security staff.
• Oversee training management and refresher training.
• Develop and execute security exercises and assess performance.
• Conduct After-Action Reviews and submit findings to CDC COR.
• Provide supervision for all security personnel across CDC facilities.
• Perform weekly on-site visits across shifts.
• Ensure post orders and procedures are up to date.
