Job summary

Lennar Corporation is seeking a Security Program Manager in the Resilience and Security Services organization. You will run the enterprise assurance program across multiple workstreams, aligning policy reviews, evidence gathering, and audit responses with Lennar’s calendars and controls.

You will partner with control owners, manage the policy lifecycle, and oversee the evidence library. Strong PM capabilities and experience with CSF, SOC, PCI, and FFIEC will be essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project/program management, audit, risk, compliance, or governance.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies; PMP preferred.
• Experience interfacing with audit teams and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to translate policy intent into practical guidance for control owners.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, SOC, PCI, FFIEC is a plus.
• Experience with security and document management platforms; AuditBoard/SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise assurance program as a multi-workstream initiative with disciplined PM practices.
• Maintain year-long assurance calendar aligning evidence, policy reviews, and audit responses.
• Own policy library and lifecycle across annual review cadence and policy clarity.
• Design and enforce policy workflow from draft to final review with Security sign-off.
• Maintain evidentiary clearance and refresh cycles within one-year validity.
• Serve as Lennar’s liaison to audit teams and regulators with no-surprises approach.
• Collaborate with control owners to accelerate policy work before final review.
• Lead evaluation of policy/evidence systems (SharePoint/AuditBoard) and finalize tooling.
• Identify security/compliance risks from policy gaps and translate into actionable fixes.
• Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to VP/SVP stakeholders succinctly.
• Mentor program contributors and foster continuous improvement.
