Ai2 is seeking a Security Engineer to lead and mature the company's security program from our Seattle office. You will establish security policies, audits, and governance, and work across teams to prioritize security investments and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of software/infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years focused on security engineering, application security, or security architecture.
• Hands-on experience with security/compliance audits and implementing controls, e.g., NIST 800-171.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain security documentation (policies, standards, SSPs).
• Prioritize a backlog of security investments and security improvements.
• Conduct security assessments across cloud infra, ML pipelines, and app code.
