As a **Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol** in **BRANCHBURG, NJ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. This post requires driving as part of your responsibilities. **Position Type: Full Time**

**Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions typical of the tech, media, and telecom industry.

+ Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and attentive patrols.

+ Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU driver policy requirements.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
