Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer for various industries such as Healthcare, Education, and Finance. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. Use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you while gaining valuable site experience. This position may require irregular shifts with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions
• Sound alarms or call police/fire in emergencies
• Warn violators of infractions
• Manage entrances and exits, permit authorized access
• Observe and prevent theft of company property
• Investigate incidents and maintain logs
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally
• Make emergency notifications as required

Qualifications (must have)

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of experience
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle
• Background check and drug screening required
• At least 18 years old (21 if armed)
• Reliable, adaptable, able to operate communication equipment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess situations quickly and tactfully mediate conflicts
