GardaWorld Security Services in San Diego, CA is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will engage with visitors, verify identities, and guide them while maintaining secure access.

Responsibilities include patrolling, inspecting equipment, responding to incidents, and writing incident reports. 40 hours/week, 2pm-10:30pm, uniform provided, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service skills essential.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer use.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32h BSIS trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them as needed.
• Manage access control and monitor entry points.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks and report findings.
• Inspect security equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday, 2pm - 10:30pm, 2nd shift

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
