Job Description

As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Patrol in Holly Springs, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a manufacturing location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting staff and visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This post requires driving as part of your duties. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with others, demonstrating reliability, agility, and integrity in every interaction.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions within the location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Support staff, patients, and visitors by providing information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
