Safety Starts Here: Hiring Phenomenal Security Officers Now, No Experience Needed!

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: USD $25.00/hour

Location: Gilroy, CA

Shift Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat - Day, Swing, Overnight shifts

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses when necessary
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, with environments varying by site

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to obtain or possess a CA Guard Card (Powers to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force)
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check and drug screening as per legal requirements
• State/local licensing requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Guard Card security license preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using technology such as computers, tablets, and phones
