Job Description




As a Security Professional - Healthcare Location - Full Time in Whiteville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Your presence and routine patrols contribute to a sense of reassurance for staff, patients, and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to situations with professionalism. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working together with integrity to support a positive atmosphere at the location.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime
Wed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Thur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities:

    Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. The working environment and conditions may vary depending on the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
