As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a financial institution setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. **Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour**

Thur08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Fri08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

Sat08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ A valid driver’s license is required.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
