As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol in Bradley, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This role requires carrying a firearm and driving as part of your duties. You will interact with staff and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and thorough observation during patrols.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed during incidents.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• You must possess a valid Florida Armed Security Professional License.
• You must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• You must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, you will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, you will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• You must participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• A valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions only.
• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• A Florida Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
