As a Security Professional - Armed - Morning Shift in Butner, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. This armed post requires you to conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, working collaboratively with your team, and putting people first in every interaction. Your presence and professionalism will help maintain a secure atmosphere for all individuals on site.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day	Time
Tue	05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
Wed	05:45 AM - 06:00 PM
Thur	05:45 AM - 06:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Carry out security procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing customer service to individuals at the government location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for security-related incidents.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and provide assistance to staff and visitors as appropriate.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or unusual activities according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• North Carolina Armed Security Professional License is preferred.
• North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
