Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Spokane, WA. You will use our exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, building a schedule that fits your availability across healthcare, education, finance, and more.

This role offers hands-on site experience, growth opportunities, and the flexibility to supplement income with irregular shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• License requirements may apply by state/local laws and regulations; background check.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment; certain regions require age 18+ (21+ if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
