Job summary

Figure is seeking a Security TPM to lead governance and compliance efforts within the Security & Privacy team in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on developing the security program and ensuring it is embedded across products and operations.

You will collaborate with security engineers, drive data governance, and align with SOC, NIST, ISO standards while addressing GDPR/CCPA requirements. This is an in-office, five-days-a-week role in Silicon Valley.

• Ability to advocate for and influence strategic initiatives at the company level.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of security and privacy engineers and foster growth and collaboration.
• Set the vision for data and access governance aligned with business objectives.
• Develop the security and privacy program and implement necessary controls.
• Ensure security, privacy and data protection principles are integrated into products and operations.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies for data integrity and compliance.
• Review requirements for industry standards and support SOC, NIST, ISO certifications.
