Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Privacy Compliance Lead to build and scale its privacy compliance program. You will maintain and grow our SOC 2, ISO 27001, and privacy programs, ensuring adherence across multiple cloud environments.

Your role includes automating compliance operations, collaborating directly with the engineering team, and managing audit readiness. An annual salary range of $175,000 to $220,000 USD is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy, GRC, or security compliance experience.
• Hands-on operational experience with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA frameworks.
• Comfortable understanding code and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate compliance operations layer.
• Maintain and scale certification and audit programs.
• Partner with Legal on security and privacy contract execution.
