Job summary

Core4ce seeks a Classification/Program Protection Security SME to support the OUSD(I&S). The candidate will develop and implement CI/LE/security policies, coordinating with DoW, IC, and interagency partners.

Strong research, writing, and executive-facing communication are required. The role involves producing high-quality policy products for senior government leadership, engaging with GAO, ODNI, DOJ, Congress, and other stakeholders, and contributing to governance structures within the Defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS-SCI clearance required.
• 10 years knowledge of national security policies and DoW policies.
• 5 years experience with national level security issues affecting DoW/IC.
• 5 years policy development, drafting and review experience.
• 3 years experience in policy development and interagency engagements.
• 4 years security policy or staff officer experience on a senior HQ staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and staff CI, LE, and security policies for OUSD(I&S).
• Analyze staffing packages, white papers, and policy documents.
• Develop policy initiatives for OUSD(I&S) leadership and DSE governance.
• Prepare executive-level correspondence and briefing materials for senior officials.
• Engage GAO, ODNI, DOJ, Congress, and others with policy materials.
