Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Security Platform Technical Lead to design and lead secure systems for government clients. You will shape the architecture, select tools, and guide teams to implement secure, scalable solutions in complex IT environments.

You will manage enterprise security initiatives across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud ecosystems, focusing on SIEM, SOC, and modern defense techniques while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to protect critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with enterprise environments including on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud‑based systems.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture and designing security solutions integration, ideally focused on SIEM and SOC solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in the integration of cyber capabilities and AWS well‑architected frameworks.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and implementing Elastic in an AWS environment.
• Experience using Helm charts within Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Gitops and its importance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work to translate customer IT needs into secure, effective solutions.
• Advise on new techniques, move beyond legacy models, and align with industry directions.
• Oversee network design to balance security enterprise needs with mission requirements.
• Guide the team in implementing secure practices across endpoints, authentication, and analytics.
