JMARK is seeking a Security Product Engineer to join our team and protect both JMARK and our clients from evolving cybersecurity threats. The role is hands‑on and focuses on security incidents, vulnerability management, and security tooling, with a security‑first mindset across teams.

Ideal candidates have experience in security operations, vulnerability management, and Cisco networking, and are comfortable collaborating with Service, Proactive, and Product teams to reduce risk.

Formación

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, administration, or incident response.
• Server or systems infrastructure with security responsibilities.
• Network infrastructure and network security experience.
• Experience with Cisco firewall technologies (FMC/FTD).
• Experience with SIEM, log analysis, and threat detection.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical escalation point for security alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, and security products.
• Coordinate incident response activities for client and internal security incidents, including investigation and post‑incident review.
• Manage vulnerability and patch management processes, identify vulnerabilities, and track remediation progress.
• Monitor emerging threats and determine appropriate remediation actions.
• Administer, tune, and improve security tools and platforms.
• Work with SIEM and other security monitoring technologies to investigate alerts and improve detection.
• Assist with evaluating and managing security products and configurations.
• Provide guidance on network security, firewalls, switching, segmentation, and secure design.
• Support Cisco networking/security technologies including FMC/FTD environments.
• Provide administration for security and network infrastructure systems as needed.
• Track security initiatives and deliverables through completion.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with teams to make security practical and effective.
• Help strengthen JMARK's security culture through education and guidance.
