Responsibilities

• Makes rounds of the internal and external buildings and parking lots.
• Responds to GRC/independent emergency situations.
• Inspect all areas of the facility for safety and fire hazards.

• Able to pass pre‑employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Available to respond throughout the shift for all GRC (independent living residents) needs/concerns and activated emergency alarm call system; assesses need for treatment (911)
• Makes rounds of the internal and external buildings and parking lots
• Responds to GRC/independent emergency situations to resolve any incident that could potentially harm personnel, residents, and visitors. Calls for outside assistance as needed
• Responds to emergency call systems and fire alarms, contains fire until fire department arrives and assists departments with moving residents and controlling crowds
• Inspect all areas of the facility for safety and fire hazards. Documents findings and notifies supervisor and safety committee
