Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; a valid driver’s license may be needed for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following safety procedures and site policies; respond to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
