Responsibilities

• Patrol the facility and property to identify and report security, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems and document incidents.
• Verify employee, visitor, and contractor access per procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents and coordinate with management and emergency services.
• Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and access records.
• Maintain a professional security presence and provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies.
• Protect confidential information and support a safe environment for staff and guests.

As a Security Officer – Access Control, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Set schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Sunday - Thursday 40HRS

Responsibilities of a Patrol Security Guard

• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and property to identify and report security, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and security systems while documenting incidents and observations.
• Verify employee, visitor, and contractor access in accordance with company security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents while coordinating with management and emergency services.
• Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and access records.
• Maintain a professional security presence and provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies.
• Protect confidential information and support a safe, secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Qualifications of a Patrol Security Guard

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security, access control, concierge security, front desk security, gatehouse operations, patrol, warehouse security, manufacturing security, customer service, or a related field.
• Ability to monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems and respond appropriately to incidents.
• Experience conducting patrols, inspections, and documenting security-related activities.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Attention to detail and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
