Job summary

RWC is seeking a reliable Security Patrol Officer to safeguard residents, staff, and property at our Irvington, VA location. You will patrol grounds, respond to alarms, assist residents and visitors, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license, the ability to walk/stand for long periods in various weather, and strong observation and communication skills. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the community grounds, buildings, and parking areas regularly.

• Conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Assist Front Desk personnel.
