Responsibilities

• Checks IDs, searches bags, and restricts access to authorized personnel.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with other agencies.
• Uses de-escalation techniques to defuse tense situations.
• Documents incidents in detailed reports.
• Responds to alarms and investigates causes.
• Assists visitors with directions and information about facility rules.
• Maintains security equipment and ensures uptime of cameras and access control.
• Escorts individuals off premises when necessary.
